A history spanning over 35 years. What began with the purchase of Binder's Motel in 1984 by Balvantbhai and Kusumben Patel has transformed into a multi-state, multi-brand, full-service hospitality development and management company. Today, River Link Hotels is in its second generation of leadership headed by Vishal and Bhavesh Patel focused on expanding its portfolio of select service properties in key Mid-Atlantic markets.
